Lake Powell

The first week of August, 1997, was the Warren houseboat trip to Lake Powell. What a great opportunity for me to get to know the Warren family before Eric and I got engaged. (You know, to see if I really wanted to get mixed up in this family!...hee hee hee)

After some of this...

... a lot of this...

...and even the "bare" minimum of this...

...I decided this would be a good family to spend the rest of my life with.

Four Generations

Four Generations, all first born Warren sons.

Phantom of the Opera

In the summer of 1997 before Eric and I got married, he got a speeding ticket. Right before Christmas, there was a check written out to "Ticket" in the checkbook. Come to find out, for Christmas, I got two tickets to see Phantom of the Opera. That check was obviously NOT for the speeding ticket, though it was about the same cost. Grandma also received 2 tickets for Christmas. In early 1998, we had a wonderful evening together as we enjoyed this fabulous musical.

Gerrit relaxing after a day full of Dr. appointments

We love that you are so close to all of Gerrit's Dr's in the Bay area. I love that we get to spend the night with you whenever he have an appt. This picture was taken after one of his appts with Dr. Strober (Neurologist at Kaiser) We got the good news that the ACTH medicine worked and that Gerrit isn't having any more seizures! Woo Hoo.

Thanks for always being there for us! We love you Grandma!!!
